The Carlyle cruising cup was organized to promote sailing competition for cruisers within a yacht club team approach. It is hoped that the Cruiser’s Cup series will foster racing, team building, camaraderie amongst all Carlyle sailors, and a reason to have a party! Your Yacht club’s bragging rights.

ATTESTATION & RELEASE I agree to abide the rules set forth in the current US Sailing Racing Rules, CYC’s Notice of Race, and CYC's Sailing Instructions, and attest that all measurement information given is true and correct to the best of my knowledge. I affirm that I have been advised and informed of the inherent hazards of sailboat racing. I understand that sailboat racing involves certain inherent risks: falling overboard, hypothermia, drowning, rope burns, impact injuries, crushed fingers, hands or extremities, and that other injuries requiring medical attention may occur. I still choose to proceed with sailboat racing in spite of the possible absence of medical assistance and rescue craft at the race site.
